Fire alarm siren is designed for use on the exterior of buildings, in order to advise external detection of an onset of fire personnel in the detection and the building fire alarm system. To this end, it combines an acoustic signal and a flashing indication. For activation is only required to supply the corresponding voltage.
Fire siren is indicated for use in bad weather. If you intend to use in an enclosed area, should bear in mind that the acoustic intensity of this Mermaid could be exceeding the threshold of hearing trouble.

For fixing and connection, first open the siren, by unscrewing the front screw and removing the lid. Siren maintenance is limited to a periodic function through activation of an alarm test fire detection system to which it is connected, being able to take advantage of devices of that system maintenance testing. This frequency will depend on the degree of soiling of the place where it is installed.
Any deficiency must be reviewed by authorized personnel.
