Semapi DSP Logger MX 300
Manifold of data: of multiple variables
The DSP Logger MX 300 of Semapi, company represented by Elettrorava Iberian Services, S.L., it is a manifold of data of multiple variables. It allows to measure any signal between 4-20 mA, of 0 to10 V or of 0 to 5 V, or any temperature.
These measurements can configure with the operator of the team adjusting the offset and the gain to be able to adapt the entrance to the signal in acquisition.
In the measurement of vibrations incorporates spectrums with definition wider that go from 400, 2.000 and 4.000 lines of resolution. Besides, it allows the utilisation of tools of field like cursors, amónicas, arrest of frequencies of fails of threads and the possibility to see the values RMS of each band in the alarms of spectrum. It allows also select the resolution of the spectrum.
With the DSP Logger MX 300 can realise spectrums of current thanks to his two entrances for pinzas amperimétricas, tool added to the spectral definition that allows to detect electrical problems in equipment.
It offers multiple entrances of 16 and 24 bits for a diverse range of active and passive sensors. In the entrance of the accelerometers admits distinct types of sensitivities: 50, 100 and 500 mv/g.
In the swing of machines in one or two planes, the operator of the team can save a spectrum of speed. After realising the swing, can add all the corrections realised in weight and save in the memory the results of the work, that can send to the PC and store beside the historial of all the team. The device has of 16 Mb by heart flash.
This generation of analysers and manifolds of data based in processors of digital signals (DSP), executing to 48 MHz, allows to realise fast functions and with a frequency response from 0,2 Hz to 20 kHz.
The screen is of 320 x 240 pixels, monochromatic LCD with CCFL backlight, and is apt to use it against direct solar light.
