Landes Poli Iberian, representative of the English Baty International, has of the machine of measurement 2D by vision model Vµ Master.
Thanks to his compact design, this machine results adapted so much for workshop as for laboratory. It has of a big capacity of measure, of 400 x 300 mm and resolution 0,0005 mm, table portapiezas fixed and manual movement of the axles. The camera CCD displaces on skate of air fed from the own machine.
His system of capture of image bases in a camera CCD of high resolution with optical telecéntrica, allowing measurements very precise. The system of approach is motorised and besides programmable for greater rapidity in repetitive measurements.

Also it has a system of lighting diascópica (profiles) programmable, for the measurement of outlines. They allow an optimum lighting of the element to measure.
It incorporates a powerful computer integrated cheese cheese industrial PC, with the geometrical software Fusion 2D with function of automatic capture of points by analysis-procedure of image, with tools of capture of circle, arch, line that's that, as well as tool of capture-scanning of free forms. It offers comparison with theoretical profile CAD 2D in DXF (best fit, band of tolerance) with immediate selection “raisin-does not happen”. This complete software, very intuitive and of easy utilisation, draws the piece in the satisfied screen measures and generates his bounded plane and report of measurement. Besides it has of statistical analysis SPC and traspaso automatic of data to Excel.
