Explosion detectors for explosive gases - pellistor-: by catalytic technology for the detection of explosive gases
Durtex-X Hc Pro is an explosion-proof detector by catalytic technology for the detection of explosive gases.
It has been designed for use in environments in which the formation of explosive atmospheres for gases or vapors, likely ensuring a high level of protection. (Equipment group II - category 2 of the ATEX Directive).
There is a version of the detector, also certified ATEX, with a high level of protection and intended to be used, in addition, in explosive dust atmospheres.
Is certified according to the European directive ATEX LOM08ATEX2059 X Gases available: methane natural gas, butane-propane, hydrogen, heptane, hexane, pentane, methanol, styrene, ethane, ethanol, ethylene, propylene, acetone, ammonia, cyclohexane, cyclopentane, diethyl ether, butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, acetic acid, isobutyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, Dean, benzene, octane, methyl ethyl ketone, -butanone - nonane, propanol, toluene, xylene, kerosene. Check availability for other gases.
Also manufactured a special version for detection of acetylene-displays internal fault loop and sensor-optical indications of internal of loop and sensor.pticas fault internal fault loop and sensor.
-Programmable, optional alarm relay module: 1 level of alarm, instant/retarded disconnection, delay disconnection and initial relay idle state.
-Sensor and compensator in encapsulated independent ensuring a greater linearity and stability.
-Low consumption (38mA 24V) which allows the installation of more detectors and greater length of the loop without the need for additional power supplies.
-Wide range of power supply (10V to 30V DC) - Detector with sintered filter - reusable adapter considerably reducing the cost of maintenance, allowing to change the sensor only.
-Calibrated at factory with gas pattern. They do not need to be recalibrated in the start-up of the installation.
-Resistant (HDMS) silicone vapors.
