A real low cost alternative to conventional wind sensors of Bowl/vane/impeller in a single unit. Ideal for applications that demand an economic perception of wind, windSonic is suitable for land-based and marine environments.
WindSonic is robust, high strength construction designed to withstand its installation and use without fear of damage commonly experienced with cups, vanes and propellers more fragile.
Without the need for a costly calibration in installation or maintenance, and with an external anti-corrosion, WindSonic is a real unit to set and forget.
Its flexible design allows you to easily configure WindSonic to provide you with the information required. Using the supplied software it is possible to select the output rate and choose the units of measurement that most suit your application. Ensuring both precision and reliability, WindSonic automatically transmits a code status of the anemometer with each sending information to indicate operating status. Available in four options, offering a wide range of analog and digital outputs.
