Tránsfer Mechanical: mounted inside a presses
The tránsfer mechanical V80-200 is mounted inside a presses and transports the pieces from a dock to the another of a fast and precise form. It is designed to adapt to any type of presses by means of a personalización suitable. It takes the movement directly of the presses or from the outside in function of the type of system.
With a minimum separation of 80 mm and maximum of 200 mm; the opening and closing is of 60x60 mm and the external maximum distance with the open bars is of 530 mm. The minimum distance intern with the enclosed bars is of 90 mm and the possible cycles under the optimum conditions are of 150/min. The maximum dimension of the primary unit is of 850 x 600 x 490 mm and the maximum dimension of the secondary unit is of 700 x 400 x 480 mm.
