After receiving an inquiry, the company defines a first response in 4 hours, and the delivery of spare parts service the next day. A coordinator who knows the history of the machine and is up to date on topics such as the CIP, is put at the client's disposal to solve any technical problems. The objective is to minimize the problem, machine productivity and efficiency, through inspection, scanning and monitoring equipment.
