BMS Inconel
Spindles: 65 To 69 HRc on surface hardness
The majority of all screws are manufactured from chrome HT (AISI 4041), steel alloy steel nitriding or stainless steel. They are also available special corrosion-resistant alloys.
Inconel is used for corrosive fluoropolymers.
Inconel 625:-for PVC (flexible and rigid) and PC.
-Very high resistance to corrosion and good mechanical resistance.
-It can be repaired by welding.
-Can be used for polymer fluorinated (medical application).
-It can be used with or without surface treatment.
Inconel 718:-for PVC (flexible or rigid) and PC.
-Very high corrosion resistance (less than 625).
-It can be welded effectively.
-It can be used for high temperature operations.
