Sensors anticolisión: it works by means of a pneumatics system
The device QuickStop QS-7 is a detector of collision regulable (dynamically) by means of a pneumatics system. The feeding with air regulable ensures a pressesure of variable air that keeps the sensor QuickStop QS-7 in rigid position during his normal operation. In the moment of the impact, the abertura of the camera of the air creates a fall of pressesure detected by a sensor that sends immediately a signal of stop to the controller of the system. Thanks to this device, the costly toolings and the robots are protected, the times of stop in the lines of production are less long, and the high cost of the repairs reduce considerably.
Point of activation regulable (dynamically). The possibility to program the detector of collision, ensures the protection of the system in all the speeds of operation, simply doing vary the pressesure of feeding of the QuickStop. The point of activation can like this be adapted to the distinct conditions of operation of the robot or of the application.
