The pneumatics actuator of aluminium GNP with piñón and sliding presents a design with a compact construction of piñón and double sliding in the pistón to obtain a position of symmetrical setting, a high cycle of life and a fast-acting; the reverse rotation can achieve easily in work, simply investing the sliding of the pistones.

The body of the actuator is built in aluminium extrusionado, according to ASTM6005, and includes an anodizado hard that allows to reach a protection to the internal and external corrosion, and a fine internal finishing of the cylinder with which obtains a low coefficient of friction. The external surface incorporates the application of painting in blue polyester, achieving a greater resistance to the atmospheric agents.

The pneumatics actuator of aluminium GNP of Genebre incorporates multiple cojinetes and guides in the sliding and pistones, of low friction, with what attains a high cycle of life. To achieve a greater hygiene and resistance to the corrosion, have designed the docks of recovery in the actuators of simple effect, forming modular cartridges of resortes precargados, with a revestimiento special.

With the mechanisation of the teeth in piñón and pistón entirely elaborated to machine offers “a maximum efficiency and an exact and soft crash between sliding and piñón”.

This actuator has elaborated of compliance with the last specifications: ISO5211, DIN 3337 and Namur to make possible the exchange of products and an easy setting of electrovalves, final switches of career and other accessories.
