The machine of clinchado oleoneumática 1106 P50 Pass is instrumented with a system of route of partial approximation Pass.
The activation effects through a trigger and with a pneumatics strength reduced realises 52 mm of the total route. When pressesing the main trigger, activates the route of remachado of 6,5 mm with a hydraulics effort of 50 kN. Before situating the hydraulics cylinder in position of abertura maximum, can realise several points of clinchado followed. This system allows to optimise the times when they have to do multiple points of clinchado.
The positioning of the machine in the piece is more precise and avoids the deterioration of the pieces to join. The handle of the machine has facilitated thanks to a "C" of weight reduced, an axis of rotation situated between the two empuñaduras and a gyroscopic system multi-steeringal. The depth of the ‘C' is of 110 mm.
This machine can realise unions with round points 5, 6, 7 or rectangular. It can join total thicknesses of sheets in steel and in upper aluminium to 4 mm. The essays in his pieces will allow to check his possibilities.
