Lines of feeding: with system of calandra
Line of special feeding formed by:
- mechanical Presses Mios of 20 t. Instrumented with variator of frequency type inverter ( allows to adapt the cadence to the speed of advance of the feeder in function of the step). Certification CE. Revised mechanical and electrically by Carboneras
- pneumatics Feeder GPA, model AN 150 x 150. Instrumented with central guide in the central part of the feeder to avoid that the material double between the pinzas.( Material of little thickness ). Guide to the exit of the feeder to avoid that the material double between the feeder and the troquel.
- Calandra of 5 no motorised rollers: Rollers regulables individually. System more economic alternative to the enderezador motorised valid for thicknesses of until 1 mm. In this case the feeder throws of the material doing it happen between the calandra. Of this way endereza the form of the material when being rolled up in the coil. Instrumented with a frame that does it solidario to the feeder. Of this way keeps the linea of feeding although it vary the height of said feeder.
- Frame for the anchorage of the coil. In this no motorised application due to the fact that the coils are of very little weight.
