Gate valves: elastic closure
Body and lid smelting nodular EN-GJS-500-7 (GGG-50), interior lining and outer electrostatically applied epoxy. Blue Ral 5015, as standard.
Close smelting nodular EN-GJS-500-7 (GGG-50) fully coated inside and out as standard EPDM or NBR. Nut in wrought copper alloy. Under consultation is also manufactured in other materials such as: material resistant to the dezincification and bronze aluminum CZ132.
Shaft in stainless steel AISI-420 (X20Cr13) as standard. Other materials as AISI - 316 (X5CrNiMo1713), AISI - 316L (X2CrNiMo1712), etc, on request. Through the shaft sealing is obtained with three o-rings. The three parts are independent, doing a triple seal of long duration. Dust in the shaft to prevent the entry of foreign bodies in EPDM quality.
Bonnet gasket in EPDM as standard, also available in NBR.The standard opening of the valve will be held in the counterclockwise, i.e. to close derecha.ET and protected by sealing. Under consultation is also manufactured in quality A2 stainless steel (AISI-304 / X5CrNi18-10) and quality A4 (AISI-316 / X5CrNiMo1713 3).
The standard opening of the valve will be held in the counterclockwise, i.e. close right. Left closing can be supplied on request. Gate valves are supplied with steering wheel stamped steel, or square cast iron nodular EN-GJS-500-7 (GGG-50) to maneuver from 30 x 30 wrench. They can also be operated with reducing manual, electric actuator, pneumatic cylinder.
