Convex board of estanqueidad: maximum effectiveness
The convex board is a cream board like evolution of the concave toothed board. It consists of a special metallic core macizo like support and of a soft coating. The board is provista of two corners or ladders (in the extremes of the area of estanqueidad of the board) metallic to avoid the extrusion or lateral slide of the coating. The superficial metallic zone of contact is designed without the toothed profile, of downward form, for like this provide additional guarantees of maximum effectiveness for the suitable performance of the superficial efforts of closing.
The board can incorporate external ring of centred, that can be crazy to avoid high thermal sensors efforts and/or high differences of temperature between both external of the board.
The soft coating mounts easily and of safe form with an adhesive or tail of contact. In this case there is not toothed profile to encolar, with which the operation is but simple that in the case of the toothed boards.
The soft coating is in contact with all the metallic surface. The adherencia between the coating and the metallic part is but safe that with the toothed profile due to the fact that the corners of the board keeps the coating always in his initial position.
