Units NIR modular: for detection on line, stand-alone or in combination
The scanner spectrometer NIR of the units IoSys allows to identify big pieces of pertinent plastic of domestic waste, of electronic engineering or of the car, without contact with the piece to a distance of 60 cm. It is possible to analyse, in milliseconds, directly plastics of colours no dark (films, plates, granules, solids, foams) and other materials such like fabrics and carpets.
The device includes an optical system NIR and a computer that controls and evaluates the stages during the process of identification. The configuration of the parameters, as for example the selection of the model, can program by means of an external keyboard or by means of the tactile screen LCD integrated in the unit. With an external USB can transfer the data to an external device.
Depending on the spectral resolution of the spectrometer NIR (16 or 32 pixels), is possible, independently of his surface and pollution, identify the following plastics: PA6 / PA66, PA 12; PE; PP, ABS, PS, PPO, SAINT, PC+PET, PC, PC+ABS, PBT, PET, PMMA, POM, ABS+PVC, PVC, PE+PA, PE+PET, PP+PET, PLA, cellulose.
