TDI Launches CrioSmart, his new measurer of the stability tartárica

The specialist in analytical enológica TDI present his new measurer CrioSmart, able to measure in the most extreme conditions with the maximum precision. The CrioSmart can estimate the real needs of treatment for each wine, reducing drastically the consumption of time and power. It treats of an instrument ultracompacto, that occupies very little space, faster that any one of his homologous, that employs so only 20 millilitres of sample and without need of running water. The new CrioSmart offers a total computerisation of the results through a specific software, very simple, developed for oenology and in Spanish.

There are two available methods: Isothermal sensors Test –ISO–, that allows to know if there will be precipitation to a concrete temperature; and the Test of Temperature of Saturation –TSS–, that allows to estimate the real needs of treatment in cold.
