Ultrasonic meters: for dosing
Flowmax meters 22i and Flowmax 44i MIB Gmbh, represented in Spain by Mabeconta, are flowmeters ultrasonic for dosing and measurement of liquids.
Are widely used in the manufacture of detergents, varnishes based on water, paints, aromas, mineral oils, adhesives, acids, bland, for the command of valves on filling of barrels of beer, etc.
The gauges Flowmax, ultrasonic flowmeters, calculate the volumetric flow of the liquids and are suitable for any automation process and especially for very dynamic processes. In addition they provide gas control with information through an alarm output, of vacuum tube.
They have no moving parts, the parts are not subject to wear and inside there are no dead spaces. Manufactured in PSU (Polysulfon), they can be in contact with food and support the aggressiveness.
Measurement of volumes and combined with diaphragm pumps allow accurate and reproducible measurement from 1 ml/impulse. The measured volume measurement is transmitted via scaled impulse and with adjustable analogue output. All parameters can be set on a PC using the MIB "Flowsoft" software and the USBtoRS485 converter, both available on-demand.
