This system allows a monitoring Chiral chromatographic analysis automatically. It uses for this purpose an autosampler AS-2059-SF and selector valve. It is a system fast development of methods compared to HPLC when there are plenty of samples. Using also a chiral detector combined with a chiral column, may be tested Chiral compounds in short periods of time. Supercritical mobile phases offer low pressure and high speed of diffusion, reducing analysis time without sacrificing resolution for that reason.
