Range of connectors: for the most diverse types of sensors
Ifm Offers a wide range of connectors of big quality for the most diverse types of sensors. The variety of types covers from the standard M8, M12 and M18 until the connectors for valves.
The series M12 with connection by wire for the industrial automation is the standard series of ifm for industrial applications. The wire PUR free of halógenos and of high resistance to the flexión alternative, the carcasa of PUR, the golden contacts and the degree of protection IP 68 guarantee a long useful life in surroundings aceitosos and greasy.
The series M12 with connection by wire for the alimentary industry, is conceived especially for the alimentary industry and the aseptic zones. The cables of PVC and the materials of the carcasa of big quality, the nuts of stainless steel of V4To (1.4404), as well as the golden contacts, are ideal conditions for applications in humid zones. The high degrees of protection IP 68 and IP 69 K do them resistant to the processes of cleaning with chorros of steam. Also they are chemically resistant to the majority of common detergents of commercial use.
In the series M12 with connection by wire for the applications of welding, the cables PUR irradiados and free of halógenos offer an especially effective protection. These cables avoid that the salpicaduras of welding burn and damage the material of the cables. The nuts with revestimiento of teflón avoid that the connector founds with the sensor. A special wrapping of felt of polyester inside the wire guarantees a long useful life, even when they produce strengths of torsion, as for example in the arms of robots.
