Probes of ammonium and nitrate ISE: for ammonium nitrate

Picture of Probes of ammonium and nitrate ISE
ISE's second generation, AISE and NISE: consistent and reliable values for ammonium nitrate through the dynamic compensation of the interference of potassium and chloride.

Ammonium and nitrate are key measurements in wastewater treatment plants. The ability to register and manage these parameters reliably plays a decisive role for efficient management of the plant.

AISE sc or NISE sensors sc allow accurately recording the concentrations of ammonium (AISE) and nitrate (NISE) with automatic compensation in real-time from the interference of potassium (AISE) and chloride (NISE). It requires no prior preparation of the samples and parameters can be measured online during the ongoing process, so you are guaranteed a less manual workload and removed numerous sources of errors compared to the collection of samples and manual analysis.

The reason to enjoy a safe and simple handling is technology proven and consolidated Hach Lange Cartrical, which ensures that the ISE sensors are ready for immediate use. All simple electrodes are combined into a single cartridge; are they calibrated each other and the factory setting code is automatically transferred to the system using RFID. Reliable measurement values are obtained in this way and it will reduce maintenance time and costs compared to conventional ISE probes. Protected membranes ensure a long service life of the ISE sensors. The sensors are fully compatible with all Hach Lange sc digital controllers. The implementation of the LINK2sc technology favours simple and reliable execution of periodic checking of the matrix or the necessary corrections in all ISE sensors. Sensors measured values can be compared online with the values of the laboratory measuring and corrected if necessary using a photometer at Laboratory (DR 3900 or DR 6000). ISE sensors combine several key advantages in one: reliable measurements of ammonium and nitrate together with intuitive use. They also allow to save energy and decrease the costs of the process.
