Pasteurization Pierre Guérin monobloc plants are intended for heat treatment in continuous of the milk from dairy, dairy mixes and liquid food products, but also to the fruit juices, syrup of sugar, termolizacion of wines, etc. They are available in a range of 500 to 15,000 l/h, heat treatment solution easier to put in place these plants assembled, wired and tested in our workshops enable fast installation and commissioning.

Compact and ergonomic, this plant is designed to be installed near their vats of cheese, ripening or process. Its simplicity of operation allows a completely manual control, with regulation automatic - and registry - pasteurization (temperature and return in the event of default) function however, is available on request a computerized version.
