Maconse - Parts cleaning machinery
Of pallets, bins and boxes washers: for the washing of different containers for industrial use
Maconse pallet washing tunnels are designed for cleaning different from different containers for industrial use, especially those related to the transport and storage of fruits and vegetables: bins, pallets, boxes, etc.
Operating this machine consists of the entrance of pallets at the bottom of this. Depending on the characteristics of the machine, this action can be continuous or one by one.
Pallet washing machine could be divided into three sections:-power pallet: this segment, being optional machine equipment, would encourage production and pallets in continuous washing. Consisting of its operation, the movement of pallets to the section of washing, using a conveyor chains with side guides.
-Wash section: this is one of the most important parts of the machine. Consists of a camera stake with doors, to facilitate the introduction of pallet well either manually or automatically. On the inside of that House there is a system for the automatic clamping of the containers, this system also will make that container is constantly rotating while receiving an injection of pressurized water. This water may heat up depending on the needs of cleaning and sterilization.
-Water tank and filtration: this section is where the water is heated to drive it through monobloc pumps and recirculate it by a pipe circuit to the sealed Chamber washing.
