Mobile cabin of leak: vertical
Cabin of vertical leak, without pipe of evacuation to the outside, controlled by
microprocessor.
• Designed for the leak of different gases, sequipment, smells and particles in
suspension.
General characteristics:
– Controlled by microprocessor.
– Display LCD.
– Indication of date and hour.
– Indication of the temperature in the interior of the cabin.
– Contador time of operation.
– Indicator of the need to verify the state of the filter.
– System detector of the saturation of the filter.
– Digital indicator of the speed of the air.
– Detector of frontal window badly closed with optical and acoustic signaling.
– Internal memorisation of data, as last change of filter and diverse technical
parameters.
– Electronic anemometer, that controls permanently the speed of the air
in the front and in the interior of the cabin.
– Acoustic and visual alarm in case of speed of insufficient air.
– Frontal window indicativa of the filter into use.
– Speed of aspiración 0,4 – 0,5 m/s.
– In compliance with the norm AFNOR NFX 15-211, the cabin will signal each 60
hours of use, the need to verify the state of the filter.
– System of catchment of sample of air filtered to verify the state of the filter
by means of the utilisation of a system of aspiración and back analysis in colorimetric
tubes, that will inform us of the possible saturation of the filter.
Construction:
• Structure in steel laminado, recubierto of epoxi, highly resistant,
lateral walls and frontal windows in polimetacrilato transparent.
• Carátula Frontal of polycarbonate with display digital for selection and
monitoring of the state of work and signaling of alarms for verifications,…
• Possibility of union of 2 Cabins of fast and simple form.
• 2 practicable orifices in the backside for the introduction/gone out
of external probes,…
• internal Lighting by fluorescent lamp of 650 Lux.
• Standard filter of active coal To/C included, to work with organic
sequipment.
