Mixing tanks: for the incorporation of ingredients in a liquid phase
CPA deposits are destined to all dairy and food, processes batch or continuous, requiring the incorporation in a liquid of dusty, in particular milk powder or derived raw materials, ingredients, chocolate, egg powder, salt, sugar, flour, etc. They are available in a range of 500 to 6,000 l.
The innovative HTA (propeller-Turbo-mixers) agitation, that combines a turbine saw SC for the dispersion of powders, with a three-bladed propeller HTPG4 that favors pumping, allows to reduce mini treatment volumes, keeping its efficacy in products of high final dry matter content.
On request, these deposits can be isolated, heated and conditioned for the introduction of dust vacuum to limit the formation of foam.
The design of the joint feet / chassis also allows installation on scale.
