Linear translation guides: constituted by recirculating-ball-rollers

Picture of Linear translation guides
Linear guidance Rails consist of skates of recirculating-ball sliding along a rail.

They are designed to perform approximately 1,000,000 cycles under normal conditions of use.

There's also possibility to select the guide appropriate to each application of the various existing types.

The normal length of the Rails is 3 m to 5 m. However, you can get a tour as large as desired by splicing several stretches, one after the other.

Rails, U-shaped, have by section 9 x 28 mm to 23 x 98 mm. Most of the Rails supports two different skates, one short and another long, according to the acting load. The total spectrum of loads that can be manipulated with linear guides Chambrelan ranges from 5 kg to 600 kg by skateboard.

Most of the rails and skates are made of steel. There are also some versions in stainless steel and aluminium.
