High pressure Homogenizers: pressures up to 700 bar

Pressures up to 700 bar and capacities up to 5,000 l / h. available in a variety of designs and materials, one or two stages, with the homogenizing valve seat in Rexalloy, serrated surface and flat (type LW) or knife cutting geometry for applications of cell rupture. Each model is specially designed to achieve maximum efficiency with lower energy consumption. Different designs of valves are available in standard material Rexalloyl tungsten carbide, ceramics. and some applications with diamond coating. The pressures of homogenization are adjusted manually or with a hydraulic system that also allows fully automatic pressure control.
