Bucket elevator: for the vertical transport of material in bulk
Petkus bucket elevators are used for the vertical transport of material in bulk in industry and agriculture, including cereals, oilseeds, legumes, as well as for the transport of products in powder.
Optimal transport capacity depends on the speed of transport, the number of buckets and the size thereof, for fine seeds up to 2,0 m/s, for the grain up to 2.7 m/s and other materials in bulk to 3.2 m/s elevators BE 130 / 180 BE / BE 280 have the following standard equipment:
-Depending on the type of head and foot of the elevator are designed in 3 or 4 mm, rods of the elevator, at 1.5 or 2 mm galvanized steel sheet.
-With band, heavy duty plastic, outlet plate, drum-driven shaft mounted gear motor, check rear safety device located in front engine - with heavy-duty plastic plate, mechanism of tension, unilateral entry, two spatulas for emptying and cleaning.
-Standard shank optional 2.0 m in length, 1,0 m, 0.5 m in length, shank for Assembly and maintenance, incl. Conveyor belt with buckets of high capacity system.
