Bulker (Caipla, S.L.) - Equipos de transporte neumático y por vacío

The pneumatics propellants in dense phase and semidensa of Caipla (Bulker), are equipment for the trasvase of material to granel through a pipe of transport and until his point of consumption (hopper, silo, etc) using air compressesed (depending of the product and of the distance, pressesures 1to 5 bar).

To distances so much short like long (until 1.000 m) and the proportion of product by air entered in the pipe (t/m3), do of these ideal systems for big productions with a minimum consumption (compared with a system in phase diluted impulsión/aspiración).

His innovative design, without mechanical elements, can integrate in processes of trasvase, minimising the risk of stops no foreseen owing to the deterioration of the common electromechanical elements, guaranteeing an operative availability of 100%.

With his low speed from among 3 and 10 m/s, are appropriate to minimise the rompimiento of the particle caused in the trasvase, as to avoid that the product no disgregue, as it would occur in a phase diluted.

These equipment are entirely developed and manufactured by Caipla, realising industrial proofs in his pilot plant.

As in the sector that integrate , manufacture in steel carbon or stainless AISI- 304 or 316, with superficial treatments, and fulfil with all the norms of hygiene demanded, from his manufacture until his installation (devices to pressesure).
