Vinegar of acetificación slow and natural, bred in barricas of American oak by means of the system of Solera. Packaging in bottles of the type jerezana in suitable sizes for each frequency of consumption.
Notes of cata : dark ochre colour, with a flavour and intense aroma, deeply aromatic and with reminiscences of the wine of origin. Given the intensity and concentration of his aromas and flavours recommends caution when measuring the quantities to use.
