The toledan sardine, prepared with fresh sardines in vinegar, accompanied by the typical "wet manchego" based on tomato and olive oil, resulting in a dish ideal as aperitif and to take it with something cool.

Available in rectangular container of 700 g. ingredients: fillets of sardine, olive oil, vinegar, tomato, salt, pepper, garlic, onion and cumin.
