The Anchovy in preserve of Kiele is a fish of small dimensions whose loins once cleaned manually one to one, marinan pickled, water and salt. His meat is of white colour and his brilliant leather with fleshy and substantial texture and with a fine and soft flavour to vinegar.

Elaborated only with cool anchovies of the Mediterranean, Bay of Biscay and Atlantic, of form artesanal, can consume directly or dressed with olive oil, garlic and parsley.

Only with natural preservatives (oil, salt and vinegar).

They fulfil with the R.D. 1420/2006 that ensures the elimination of the parasite Anisakis.

This product does not contain gluten.

The blue fish is rich in omega 3 and, therefore, help to the prevention of cardiovascular illnesses.

Available in rectangular container of 800 g., 350 g. And 175 g. And also in round container of 950 g., 350 g. And 190 g.

Ingredients: filetes of anchovy, vinegar and salt.
