Pertinent oil of early harvest, of quality selected. Low acidity (0,2% max.), of excellent aroma and flavour. Ideal for his application so much in salads and guisos as in all type of culinary manufacturings of quality upper gourmet. Packaging in dark glass to preserve the high qualities of the oil.

Characteristics:

- Type of olive oil: mix of 45% Arbequina, 30% Picual, 20% Hojiblanca and 5% Cornicabra.

- Period of harvest: of 15 October to 30 November.

- Method of recolección: traditional in shape manual and mechanised.

- Colour: yellowish green.

- Maximum acidity: 0,2%.

- Method of conservation: keep the very enclosed bottle and in cool place, moved away of the direct light and of the heat.

Comments of cata: aroma to green vegetables, artichokes, eggplants. Afrutado Light, slightly spicy and bitter. Prolonged retrogusto sweet and almendrado.

Presentation: in bottles of cylindrical dark glass of net content of 250 ml, 500 ml and 750 ml.
