Jam of gula of mountain: to consume on bread or accompanying meats
It is a product elaborated from a wild mushroom also atrompetada with brown tonalities-yellowish, designated Gula of Mountain (Cantharellus tubaeiformis). The rest of ingredients are: sugar, water, glucose and pectin of apple.
Ideal for the accompaniment of meats: solomillo (see photo), hunting, chuletones. Pâtés and his traditional use on tostas of bread.
Selection and classification: The prime matter that arrives to the factory is reviewed by biologist and micólogo, descatando possible bad copies identified.
Later it is selected to delete defective copies and all the elements that can alter the quality of the product, like acículas and other vegetal rests.
Storage and useful life: Once opened the container, conserve it in the refrigerator. Consume preferably before 12 months.
