Sardine (Sardine Pilchardus) fished in sea Mediterranean (Zone FAO 37).
Keep in temperatures of refrigeration between 0 and -3 ºC.
Once opened leave air 3 minutes and cook to the taste. Consume in a maximum time of 6 days.
