Chicken campero stew: accompanied of patatitas and vegetables
Traditional stew of chicken campero with patatitas and vegetables, packed in barqueta monoración and subjected to treatment of pastaurisation for back conservation under refrigeration (< 4 °C).
Ingredients: chicken, potatoes, carrot, onion, flour of wheat, white wine, broth of chicken, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Manufacturing: drill the film; heat 3 minutes in microwaves to half power (450 W) or 2 minutes to maximum power. Agitate mildly the barqueta, withdraw covers it, emplatar and salsear.
Caducity: 30 days.
