Anchodinas filets: gluten-free and Omega 3

The Kiele anchodina loins are fillet of anchodina divided into four pieces after removing the glue.

Anchodina: Is the spine of the sardine that is cleaned by hand one to one by removing the skin and the bones and after being seasoned dry for a few days preserved in oil. Processed in a manner similar to the traditional anchovies but the right point of salt resulting in an exquisite morsel that surprises everyone. Gluten-free and Omega 3.

Ideal for tapas and salads (open and eat). A food with nutritional value very high, easily digestible and a relatively low calorie content.

Oily is fish and therefore prevents cardiovascular diseases.

Available in glass of 250 g. ingredients: fillets of sardine, sunflower oil, olive oil arbequina, E-621 and salt.
