Presentación
The origin of this oil from Jaén is the name of the family farm, owned by Olife company, located in the city of Úbeda, old term step and resting place of three major routes: one, the Roman road, which is still part, and it ran between lift with Extremadura by Sabiote; another, the road to the famous mill of Ramon, in the Romanesque style and that is crossing the river Guadalimar; and the third, the road headed towards Villacarrillo. Hence "three doors" brand.
These routes converged at an old mill where already produced the famous Trespuertas old oils that have been sent through the Roman road to different parts of Spain and Italy from yesteryear.
It was decided to keep the name Trespuertas old both for historical reasons and for the approach that the company aims to market, who want to get the:-first door: offering an Extra Virgin oil of highest quality and health benefits.
-Second door: offering an Extra Virgin oil, which, despite being of the Jaén Picual variety, is very balanced in their attributes spicy and bitter, characteristic of the variety, which gives it a soft very appreciated abroad, against other picual from the area.
-Third door: offer a "unique and unsurpassed" value for money.
