Association of canning artisans of the Basque coast, the main objective of this Association is defending the authenticity of the preserved in a market invaded by products made partially or entirely in third countries or with anchovies and bonito of different Cantabrian origins. It is an initiative of five companies based in Ondarroa, Markina, Berriatua, Mutriku and Zumaia.
