With the manufacture of bricks as the main activity, the Galvez family - Gonzalez, decided there by the year 2002, that as it was the Extra Virgin olive oil market, has seen a small loophole through which to develop a new line of elaboration of high quality oils, where one could not only the idea of a different product, but a new way of understanding this juice from olives that for many, many centuries was part of the Mediterranean culture and identity in our culinary activity.

Despite its few years of existence as producers of olive oil, is already the third generation which today is still linked to the production of oil of olive (harvesters), and is in the year 1999 when the Galvez Gonzalez family acquired their 2 farms of Olivier, "The House of water" and "Los Juncales", the first a farm of the countryside and where is located the olive walk (A4) motorway and the second; a property of sierra (Sierra Morena).

GALGON 99 thus, S.L. was born in the year 2005 as producer, packer and marketer of Virgin olive oil extra, from the olives produced in the olive groves of the family itself.
