Anxoves de l' scale, S.A. is dedicated to the salting and preparation of anchovy des 1940.
Initially it was a small shop where they worked 10 women in the village. The transfer of activity to new facilities where 40 people currently work was necessary due to the growing demand for its products.
Rigorously in accordance with community health standards and working in traditional and artisan gets this anchovy's "soft" texture and special characteristic flavour of its brand, recognized with the "Q" of quality food granted by the Generalitat de Catalunya in 1987.
On the scale, located on the coastal empordanès, seaside town is where the company is located. The town offers a great diversity of landscapes as well as a wide range in the field of leisure, culture and trade.
