Man Spain adheres to the Forteco, of Robert Bosch programme, to train teachers of FP's automotive

More than 10 years ago that the Department of training of Man Spain began working in one direction: promote generational in workshops and dealers of the network. And the best way to carry out that promotion is from the base, trying to young people that are decided by study of vocational training in the automotive sector have at their disposal the best possible information on the industrial vehicle. For this reason, during the last decade, Man Spain has encouraged its dealers to establish partnerships with institutes of FP that may exist in its area of influence, offering practices to students and a possible labor output.

The second phase of this approach to the base occurred two years ago, when the Generalitat of Catalonia decided to try to improve the shortcomings existing in specialized training in commercial vehicles. Then, the Catalan regional government signed a protocol with some manufacturers of commercial vehicles, among them MAN Spain, to promote among the teaching staff of four institutes of FP knowledge in this type of truck, by providing them the necessary means for their classes at the same time. Following these steps, Bilbao and San Sebastian (the Institute Don Bosco), others have approached Man Spain with the intention of continuing in this promotion, and the last step it had been the accession of the manufacturer to the Forteco project", Technical training coordinated, promoted by Robert Bosch Iberia and that it has initiated four years in our country".
