EMSA consolidates its network of distributors for its line of compaction HAMM.
Visit to the factory of Germany.
This process of expansion began three years ago with the idea of consolidating the HAMM product at the same level of national presence EMSA has on other products, such as the Vögele extends and the Wirtgen milling machines, among others.
In this new marketing strategy, EMSA analysed the differences between their natural market, the asphalt, compared with a market of earthmoving or the increasingly important market of alquiladores. In this sense, EMSA took the decision to differentiate its product from compaction HAMM under three headings:
- Range of asphalt: of 7 to 24 t
- Range of lands, roller Monocilindrícos: of 5 to 25 t
- Range light-roller: of 2.5 to 3.5 t
As any manufacturer, subsidiary, importer or distributor, EMSA has always been very clear that the key to the success of a product, is not only based on their level of quality technical and technological, but primarily in the commercial network that distributes, which in turn is responsible for the vital part of any item of equipment, an effective level customer service.
On this new project, EMSA decided from the first moment that so much the greater companies of the movement of earths in Spain (EPSA, PEAL, FERPI, etc.), like the rentals of elder envergadura (Euroloc, GAM, Maropsa, MSAMaquinza, etc.) had to have units of compactación Hamm. All they beside numerous new customers have allowed to increase substantially the presence of the product HAMM in Spain and expect, that this tendency was still in promotion, with the help, effort and collaboration of all the network of distribution Hamma national level.
The past month of February, some weeks before the fair of Saragossa-Smopyc, EMSA with the collaboration of Hamm, decided to organise a day of open doors to the factory of Hamm in Germany, so that the network knew more in depth all the technical and technological advantages of the product 100% aleman Hamm.
Currently, HAMM, a classic in the world of compaction with more than 125 years of history, belongs to the Wirtgen Group, which is the largest global group in the world of the infrastructures of asphalt and three large companies: WirtgenVögele and Hamm.
Likewise, we can say that this factory, which had a profound expansion which was completed at the end of the year 2001 (with the incorporation into the Wirtgen Group), is currently the most modern factory of Europe for the manufacture of compactors. Its current potential capacity of more than 5,500 units from 2.5 to 25 t roller has allowed Hamm to dramatically increase sales globally and, in particular, in the case of Spain.
