Presses packaging: with capacity of production of until 50 t/h
The presses packaging are hydraulics presses of triple compactación and with door of expulsion. They are able of prensar a wide variety of scrap like sheets of steel, brass, copper and scrap of aluminium, which is generated in works of tooling, refineries as well as plants of the industry of the recycling of scrap and transforming it in packages of high density.
The possible applications for the models of presses packaging cover from his operation in plants of processed of scrap until his integration in chains of production of plants of pressesing –with feeding and automatic download and operation the 24 hours of the day, the 7 days of the week– in which the metallic scrap accumulated is compacted in situ in packages of big density.
Available different models: presses with a box of pressesing of 0,9 m3, until presses bigger, with a box of pressesing of 19,2 m3. The concepts of accionamiento and control of these presses of scrap allow a very efficient operation, with a consumption of power very low and the maximum capacity of production.
