Lubrication system: double line
The typical field of application is the machinery of heavy industry, such as for example the large steelworks.
The characteristics that distinguish the double line system are simplicity and reliability, even in particularly adverse conditions may exceed 60 m in length. Its modular design allows easy setup and expansion of the system.
This system is based on the existence of two lines, both operated alternatively by means of a valve. A lubrication cycle is complete when the two lines are pressurized and relaxed alternately.
Advantages:-high pressures can be applied (500 Bar/7000 psi) - facility expansion and modification of the system - modular elements (using the modular system dual line) allow that element to be replaced quickly and without interrupting the work of line - in the case that a lubrication point is locked or not properly, lubricate the rest of the system is not affected and continues to act normally
