Caps of production: for the sealed of deep holes and zócalos connectors
One of the last incorporations to the standard program of caps caperuzas Kapsto of Pöppelmann are the caps of protection GPN 360, designed for the sealed of deep holes and zócalos connectors. The caps of protection prevent the entrance of contaminantes and provide protection against the corrosion. They are manufactured by injection in PE-LLD (Polietileno linear of low density) pigmentado in yellow brilliant.
Two aletas circular in the inferior part of the surface of sealed ensure a safe subjection when it inserts . A cross of internal nerves prevents that the sides of the cap yield under pressesure, in addition to ensuring an optimum effect of sealed during his utilisation. The surfaces texturadas of the solid lengüeta, optimised ergonómicamente, allows to withdraw it easily after his use.
The new caps of protection of connections GPN 360 are available in two geometrical forms. Depending on the application, the part cubriente of the cap is rounded in both extremes or straight in one of them. The standard caps fulfil the requests of protection and sealed for connectors of two to eight poles Type MLK 1.2, AK, connectors of two to four poles Type SLK 2.8 VDA, connectors of two poles and deep holes of the corresponding length and width Type MAK 12. On request, can supply caps for deep holes of dimensions no standard or for resistance to temperature higher of the standard.
