Claas Iberian organises a demonstration 'integral' of machinery for forraje, “through thick and thin”

During the days 17, 18, 19 and 20 April, Claas Iberian realised a conjoint demonstration of machinery for the siega, treatment and recolección of forraje. If the interest of a demonstration of this type measures by the number of assistants, fits to signal that the event gathered a big expectancy, to weigh that the time did not accompany in this occasion. In total, congregaron to some 2.000 professionals from our country beside other 80 more originarios of Portugal.

The demonstration developed in the plot of 25 hectares, of Luis Seoane Labandeira, property of the exploitation Ugasma-Andabao, in the Concejo of Boimorto (The Coruña). The stage as it was ideal, since in spite of the shortage of water received to date, the plot had the forraje of sufficient height to carry out, successfully, this demonstration.

At the same time that they realised the interventions, each one of the machines and tractors presented in front of the numerous public driven by the Central Team of Demonstration of Germany, technicians of Claas Iberian and personnel of the department of Marketing.

The demonstrations began to the 11:40 h in two separate fields by a corridor signposted by buoys. The first field showed in action as they work machines of small dimensions like the Disk 3100 FC and the 3100 C, the Volto  770 and the Rollant 355 RCC. In the second developed his work equipment of greater size like a tractor Xerion 3800 Trac VC with a segadora Disk 9300 C, a tractor Axion 950 with a tow of use combined Charges 9500 and a picadora of forraje Jaguar 970 that poured the product hammered on the tow Charges. The days put of self-evident the interest of the mark Class in the market of the Spanish northwest, that discerns like one of the most important for the signature. 

Equipment exhibited during the demonstrations

Axion 950

Exemplary pertaining to the recently incorporated Series Axion 900 with an engine FPT with system of reduction of gases SCR and nominal power 97/68 of 418 CV, encourages a transmission CVT ZF Eccom 3.5 without escalonamientos with maximum speed of 40 or 50 km/h (according to version). The hydraulics system has the possibility to choose between two types of enclosed circuits of 150 or 220 l/min, with a maximum number of distributors of 5 + 3 distributors and TDF with 3 possible variants 540And/1000, 1000 or 1000/1000And (according to option). The maximum endowment of rear tyres is 900/60 R42 and leading 710/60 R34, configuring the tractor like the most powerful of the market of the standard tractors and one of the few with diameter of rear wheels that arrives to the 2,05 m.

Charges 9500

Tow with capacity of 44 m³ DIN (79,2 m³ with pre-half compressesion of the material). It possesses a recogedor with width of work of 2,00 m and a rotor picador with 40 blades that feeds to the tow with bottom deslizante variable according to the quantity of material that go going in in the same. The tow possesses a double use, as it tow autocargador and like helping of work beside a picadora, for this can decouple the unit recogedora-picadora and the optional of the three rollers dosificadores backsides, removing in some 20 minutes between 2.500 and 3.000 kg of weight no useful if the tow goes to use at the side of a picadora. Xerion 3800 Trac VC

Tractor trucks-vehicle sistémico with four wheels isodiamétricas with an engine CAT C.9 with a maximum power of 388CV/285kW (according to 97/68 CE and ECE R120). It possesses a transmission CVT ZF Eccom 3.5 without escalonamientos with maximum speed of 40 or 50 km/h (according to version). His hydraulics system is of enclosed centre with a bomb of 110 l/min and optional of 150 l/min. maximum Endowment of 5 distributors + 2 frontal commutated with two backsides. It can him install in parallel a hydraulics circuit of high performance of 250 l/min, generating a hydraulics power of 90kW. The TDF is to 1.000 rpm. Like special characteristics of this tractor are his capacity of twist of the cabin from his central part to the rear part, happening of conventional tractor to “self-propelled machine”. Also it possesses several programs of steering when being his four film guidelines, standing out his driving in parallel or in steering crab, very appropriate in work in slopes where want to follow the curves of level.

Segadora Disk 9300 C Duo with segadora frontal disk 3100 C

Segadora Of big surfaces with width of cut of 9,10 m in reversible driving and 8,70 m in normal driving controlled through the system of communication Isobus with the tractor Xerion 3800 that carried it in the demonstration, being able to control the folded, deployed, independent upraising of the groups segadores, etc… This segadora composes by three groups segadores, two with width of 3,40 m and one central, given by the segadora frontal DISK 3100 C of 3,00 m. All they possess bar of cut P-CUT with device of hygiene Safety Link that avoids that the disks go out sacked of the bar of cutting to the impactar against a stone or obstacle and that besides avoids that it damage the bar of cutting when situating the piñón of accionamiento of the disk of form satelital and protected by this same system. The three bars of cut have fast change of blades Plus: with help of a crowbar change in question of few minutes in case of wear. Finally, the segadora goes instrumented with a system of hydropneumatics adaptation to the terrain designated “Activate Float”. As characteristic, can adjust the pressesure of aligeramiento from the tractor without need to go down of the same, visualising from the cabin the three pressesure gauges of control of said pressesure of aligeramiento.

Jaguar 970

Cosechadora picadora of forraje with engine Man V8 with nominal power of 775 CV (570 kW) 97/68 CE. The main characteristic of the engine is the possibility to adjust in 10 levels the power of the machine, by what can descend until the 430 CV according to the existences of forraje that go hammering. Like this in big productions can take advantage of to the maximum his maximum power and in drops will be working with one of the mincers lower power, with the purpose to adjust the consumption of fuel in function of the work that was realising. The picadora goes instrumented with a rotor picador of 36 blades curves that endow to the machine of a quality of hammered insuperable as well as of a saving of fuel added when doing a pre-acceleration of the material before going in in the own accelerator of the machine. The accelerator has his adjustable exit electrically as well as the automatism of the deflector of the tube of download, opening and closing along the tow anejo to facilitate a filled uniform of the same.
