Andrés-Amador García Granada, Ph.d., of the IQS-URL "We want our students to learn and apply the science and engineering without having to struggle with software unnecessarily complex," says Professor of industrial engineering University of engineering in Barcelona. And adds: "SolidWorks offers students all the capabilities needed by professional engineering, among which is the simulation software with unique integration which we use to show statics, dynamics, thermal problems, elasticity and fluid dynamics, in the most intuitive package available in the market." As a result, the students begin to learn before, learn more over time and graduate better prepared for their careers. "At IQS, 70 of 150 students obtained certification Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) (certified SolidWorks associate) as a common requirement to begin work on a project last year for an industry".
