Dassault Systèmes introduces the most advanced PLM for the energy sector

Itdassault systèmes, world specialist in solutions for the management of the life cycle of products and 3D, is present in generates 2010 at stand 7E33 to showcase its PLM solutions for the energy sector and processes, based on the same advanced technologies that have revolutionized automotive and aerospace sectors. Through these solutions, the energy industry companies have carried out in recent years strategic initiatives around the transformation of their development, construction, operation and maintenance processes.

Juan Ramón Company Coso, director of sales channel of Dassault Systèmes, will participate in the General Forum with a presentation entitled "New technologies for the efficient management of the life cycle of installations and plants/power plants in the energy sector". In it, it will set out how the effective management of the entire life cycle of facilities and power plants/stations allows to reduce time and costs associated with its construction and start-up, extend the useful life of the productive period by reducing maintenance costs and plan and implement the processes of dismantling at a fraction of the time and cost estimated with traditional technologies.

The technology developed by Dassault Systèmes for the energy sector, through unified management of all processes, from the study of sites, through the development, installation and commissioning in production, to the operation and maintenance during its production cycle, and ending with the study and implementation of the decommissioning of installations, allows us to optimize these processes with considerable savings of time and cost.
