SolidWorks presents Engineering Stimulus Package for professionals without a job in Europe

This program, dubbed solidworks engineering stimulus package and announced at SolidWorks World 2009 in February, offers licenses free SolidWorks 3D CAD software, tutorials and videos of training, a system of communication network, certificates and job opportunities for residents in Europe seeking work. This tool will help them to strengthen their knowledge at a time when unemployment stood at 7.9%.
The programme was launched in United States and Canada on April 6 and only in the first week were registered more than 1,300 engineers and designers.
All European residents can order the package SolidWorks Engineering Stimulus Package, which includes:
- Software: 90 days leave of SolidWorks student design kit for non-commercial use, with tutorials and documentation, and the tool to share files, eDrawings for SolidWorks compatible with e-mail;
- Training: testing practices and other training provided by distributors of added value of SolidWorks from all over Europe involved in this programme;
- Network communication: access to the portal for customers of SolidWorks to request assistance, developing professional relationships and post comments, and
- Certification: examination free of charge for the certificate CSWA (Certified SolidWorks Associate), a document which certifies the knowledge of SolidWorks and distinguished candidates who choose to work.
