The Foundation CIM and Abgam will give to know the technology of Dassault Systèmes

The Fundació CIM and Abgam start a new activity in collaboration with the aim to expand the knowledge of the technology created by the French company Dassault Systèmes in the area of Barcelona. The technological stage Catalan also will benefit of this agreement when integrating the experience and solvencia of Fundació CIM in the technological area, with the speciality and certification of Abgam like skilled Distributor of Dassault Systèmes.

The first act of this collaboration is a course on the tool Catia that will realise periodically in the installations of Fundació CIM of Barcelona. The first announcement starts the next 22 November in schedule of 8:00 to 11:00 of the morning. During the course will see the most important modules of the software endowing to the student of the sufficient capacity for the development of activities of the manufacture of any type of product. The software of Catia facilitates so much the work in the conception of the design until the production or the analysis of all type of products.

Fundació CIM is an entity ascribed to the UPC that has like institutional mission transfer knowledges of engineering and gestión of the technology and facilitate tools to the companies and to the professionals so that they can create and improve his products and processes of manufacture, approaching the business reality to the university, to facilitate that the industrial fabric of his surroundings can attain the maximum technological competitiveness. www.fundaciocim.org
